*After this, I might even give Elsa the Grappler feat: They're already getting pretty good at that.*
Yvonne helps the King leave the Lair- or at least get away from this conflict. She's also losing strength, the Spider King's swift strike reopening some of her old wounds from the crash, but keeps pushing on.
Elsa continues to hold the Spider King down, buying the other two time to escape.
Amidais moves a little bit: He may regain consciousness soon.
*Ooo good idea*
"...Thank you, Yvonne."
The spider king attempts to escape again, getting angrier. 18
Yvonne continues to escort the King back the way the trio came, to one of the Lair's less grand and enormous entryways. The fighting inside the Lair, even this late in the night, has still caused enough commotion to startle a few of the Guild members that had the night shift. The two pass by a confused researcher or maintenance worker every so often, with their confusion often turning to shock at the sight of Yvonne and the King's sorry state.
Elsa continues to pin the Spider King down, but is struggling slightly: 13
The king goes to heal himself and the queen, but then curses as he realises he still hasn't properly rested since he used it all at the crash.
The spider king finally chucks Elsa off him, and gets up. "SEIZE THEM!" She shouts in a rage. "Don't let them escape!" He goes charging down the corridor, ignoring Elsa, pushing through guards who have no clue what to do.

Hi! I'm EJO. I am a silly billy who forgets to play Genshin Impact every day totally DOESN'T simp for at least three different ninja girls. Some other facts about me:
I main Milio in League of Legends, and therefore have extreme anxiety whenever my glass cannon Vayne main teammate charges at the enemy while I'm at the spawn zone.
My average accuracy in Marvel Rivals is about 19%.
If anyone says the words "Spider man lord" in my presence I will immediately lock myself in my room.

(if that's a crit then I'll scrap what I'm about to say, but I'm reckoning it isn't)
Elsa is able to dive and grab the spider king's ankles! He cries out in annoyance, glaring at Elsa with a murderous intent as he falls over and is grappled.
Elsa, make a wis save! (Depending on what you think Yvonne, elsa may have advantage on this, as its a mental attack from the spider king).

Yondor hastens to his treehouse, and arrives to see his quickling companion standing and watching attentively. "Hello Mr. B! How was your trip to the pit?" The wizard sighs, and responds, "Oh, well, it was eventful. King wants me to mosey back on in there and steal some rocks from them. For good reasons, but it'll be hard."
He grabs a vine, and it pulls him up to the structure nestled in the branches. "So! Time to make a plan. I've got a few ideas, but first I want to bring the treehouse down near the city, if that's okay?" The quickling nods, "Sounds good to me. May I be so bold as to offer my assistance in your rock-stealing?" Yondor stops what he's doing, and thinks. "Actually.. that's a good idea. You'd be perfect for this. Thank you Jasper... Now, mind helping me pack a few things up before we shrink this thing and head down?" They both get things cleaned up and put away, and then descend from the tree, and Yondor speaks the words that shrink it down to staff size. Finally, they start heading back down the mountain.
Found a few old posts and mashed em together, they describe the treehouse pretty well, if anyone's wondering:
He seems satisfied with this spot, and plants the butt of the staff in the ground, and speaks a few trigger words. The miniature tree rapidly enlarges and extends, fusing smoothly with the ground, the tippity top of the branches reaching about 40 feet into the air. Yondor reaches out, wrapping his hands around a vine, and it retracts up into the branches, bringing him with it. At the top is a domed hut, with a kind of balcony wrapping around it. And near the base of the treehouse, a small campfire has been started, the purple flames being tended to by a quickling dressed in a sleek, black butler's suit.

When targeting the green lizard with a weapon attack, a creature can try to aim for a specific, vulnerable point on its body. It has three options, the head, the throat, and the tail. If it chooses to aim for the head, the lizard gains a +2 to AC against the attack. If it hits and the attack does at least 5 damage, the lizard is stunned for one round. If the creature aims for the throat, the green lizard gains a +5 to AC against the attack. On a hit, the green lizard is treated as if it had vulnerability to the damage.
If the creature chooses to aim for the tail, the attack does 5 less damage and if it hits and does damage, the lizard’s speed is reduced by 10 until the end of it’s next turn.
Actions
Bite.
Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:1d6+ 6 piercing damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 16)
Charging leap.
The green lizard crouches down and prepares to charge. At the end of the next creature in the initiative’s turn, the green lizard moves exactly 30 feet straight forward in a line, not provoking opportunity attacks. If the Green lizard moves within 5 feet of a creature, it can make a bite attack against it as a reaction.
Green Lizards are large predatory creatures that live in the dense and clustered environments of the industrial complex. They chase down prey viciously before dragging them back to their subterranean dens to be devoured. Their favorite prey are noodleflies, squidcata, scavengers, and slugcats. Slugcats and scavengers have been known to outsmart and even kill green lizards using tools, but it is usually a one sided battle if the lizard catches them alone or unprepared.
I’m gonna be making some rainworld homebrew! I’ll be posting some sort of rainworld homebrew every day here, mostly monsters, starting with the lizards. Eventually I’ll turn slugcats and scavengers into playable races, I’ll make stats for the Iterator puppets, and I’ll make magic items based off of items in the games. I might even write some little mini adventures! Anyways, here’s your fist homebrew: the green lizard. Next up is the pink lizard.
i’m open to suggestions on how I can improve! I migh increase the green lizard’s health a bit.
