The reddish sun swells to an impossible volume, the horrid heat scorching the few blades of grass that spring about on the graveyard. A drought turns what little water flows there into steam, and a golden chariot pulled by two massive hounds speeds towards the ground, leaving burn marks where it lands. Kila jumps out of the chariot, his whole body radiating a hellish heat, his feet leaving charred footprints in the ground. In each hand he brandishes a wicked sickle. "I thought we came to an agreement." He spits out the word, lava dripping from his bare feet. "Your vile words and empty promises mean nothing to me any longer. You wish for conflict? You dare to curse us? You will feel the wrath of the sun. The burning rage of fire."
"I am not afraid of you. You wanted me gone, so I left you and your people alone. Forever. And I can't very well come back if I am destroyed, can I? How about you calm down and talk this over. Or, you could destroy me and never have your people join you in the skies. I am death, not immortality, and you would do well to remember that."

*The ground isn't barren, since there are currently no agricultural practices, the plants can grow naturally. Plus with Nedari's grove, they don't really need anything like that. Creatures also still defecate, another source of fertilization for crops. Along with most desert or savanna plants are naturally evolved to grow with little to no nutrients due to the lack of soil in the first place, using shallow roots and such to gain their needs. ATP generation is more dependent on water than anything else.*
