From out of the sky a small aarakocra crow dives, landing directly on the drow's towel. "Oh golly, I'm real sorry, just saw a nice landing strip." , he drawls. He spreads his wings and flaps over onto the hot sand, spreading out and lounging.

An otter walks out of the ocean. “Ooh peeples from other king-oms is hee-oh. Dats pwetty cool.” The otter remarks. “Yeyo peeple!” They squeak. They walk over to Joe. “Does you’s happen to has cwam fwavor icey cweam?”

A confused halfling, tanned, brown hair streaked with blond, is wandering down the beach. You watch her approach. She looks like she has no idea where she is or where she is going. 
She approaches the ice cream stand, looks up from her three foot height and says ‘Um, where is this place, please. I need to get home.’  

'This is the beach, apparently. I'm also kinda lost'

 The drow smiles at the aarakocra and raises a hand in greeting. Their skin is a medium shade of purple that goes well with their swimsuit.
