Spidey is still upside down and then he sighs. "Look, i get that your tryna find a fugitive but your in the wrong place."
"But that's not really your place to decide. In times like these, you need to be able to twist your morals" They say with a sigh
He sighs. "I wish cops would just work with me for once." he says, tossing a gadget in between all the cops. *all need to make a dex save*
Group dex save since I don't wanna roll a bunch and they all have the same dex: 18
Every cop is impeded but not restrained by a bunch of webbing as Spidey starts to throw punches.
