A slender young man leans out of he trees, looking like an average 19 year old, with brown hair and orange eyes. Of course he is not at all average, which is evident by the brown paws for hands and long, soft-furred dragon ears protruding from his head, the long, brown-furred dragon tail winding from the back of his waist and themore animal-like lower leg anatomy, which is also covered in the brown fur and ends in decently large paws.

Oswald looks up. "What, you one of those tree-huggers come to bother me about my supposed irresponsibility?"
"Oh! Nah, I was just wondering what the noise was." He says with a shy grin.
"Ah." He looks back to the automatons as they keep building. "What you heard, my boy, was the future. I bring glad tidings to this damned city, and for an affordable price."
He does not speak with the sense of grandeur you would expect to accompany such words.

"For all that talk, you don't seem very happy about it." He observes.

"I'm not typically happy about anything. I'm bringing electricity to the city, but at the same time I'm only allowed to do so because it's what my investors want. I became CEO so I wouldn't have to deal with red tape like that. I would do it anyway, but the fact that I need permission irks me."

"I could invest heh, then I could "want" you to do what you like. Not to support stereotypes, but as a half-dragon, I have the wealth of a full dragon's treasure hoard."

"Hm. I see your point. Where did you get your wealth? All money comes from somewhere, and, not to be stereotypical, but dragons often get their hoards from raids or demanding tribute."
"Well, I'm sorry, unless I know where the money's coming from, I can't accept it, even as an investment. I have a code of ethics, and if I don't follow it, it would be extremely easy to accuse me of not believing in anything."
"I guess I could technically say they were inherited."
"Well, if you're not gonna go raiding or demanding tribute or anything, I guess you could become an investor. Keep in mind, while I love my money, my sin is hubris, not greed, so while you can easily get a higher bid than the rest of my investors, I reserve the right to reject your money if it breaks my code. Thank you for investing in Grouper Corp."
