The Harvester (an undead) calmly stalks through the woods, puzzled by the lack of intellect that the zombies have.
The zombies groan, periodically bumbling into eachother or a tree
It picks up a zombie by the throat and examines it closely.
The zombies reacts to being grabbed, screeching and smacking their arm with ots fists
The Harvester looks around to see if any of the other zombies are upset by this. It doesn't flinch or drop the smaller undead.
Since they don't smell anything alive they're ignoring this
The Harvester tosses the zombie to the ground and keeps walking, looking for something interesting to kill.
over 80 feet away in the darkness of the night, a treasure chest lies incongruously on the forest floor. The lid opens slowly, and a blackened skeleton steps out. Captain Black Marrow has arrived to face the Harvester.

For weaknesses, it seems to be guarding its ribcage. Maybe there's something in there.
For strengths... don't get grabbed.
Wait... where did it go? You suddenly feel a grim presence behind your back.
(Taking a Villanous Action, but I'll let you do a flavorful reaction to this)
"Avast!!" says the Captain "You've got to get up early to steal a step from old Black Marrow! Good on ya!" He turns, and looks as surprised as a skeleton can as the dark presence and lovely tunes overtake him.

If either attack hits, he takes 19 bludgeoning damage, is grappled, and cannot regain HP until the grapple ends. If he gets hit by both, he takes another 19 and is restrained.

If this attack rolls a crit (or a 31 if he's grappled), Marrow is decapitated. If he isn't but is still hit, he takes a 5 necrotic damage wound, as per the Sword of Wounding description.

The Harvester stumbles from the blows, then swings out its chain, holding it by the blade of his sickle to get the maximum amount of reach.
16 to hit
On hit: 16 piercing damage and grappled
He then yanks the chain back (if Marrow is grappled, he is pulled 5ft) and adjusts his grip on his sickle, slashing at the Barlgura's throat.
19, 16 slashing, Vorpal, and leaves a 5 damage wound if a hit
