Aemulus magically protects his followers from the transformation and descends upon the chaos, which from what I have gathered, were not stopped by the wards, and begins spell slinging enough magical devastation to destroy a small town, only effecting enemies in the fight.
*Yeah.*
The altered are completely destroyed by any spell that hit them, but for some strange reason seemingly the ones he just killed come back a few moments later, as if there were something remaking them, but it couldn't be Happy because he can be seen outside of the wards laughing, or at least a clone of him at least.
Slightly angry, Arsendir walks up to one and grips it on the arm, as it fades into dissolved light. He makes sure it stays dead, using power points if he has to.
his harpies are also helping with the fight, and his songbirds that populate the city throughout are putting entire blocks to sleep with their songs. (Those birds are CR 10, by the way.)
With the soul of the creature destroyed it doesn't return to existence. Happy looks at where Arsendir is, sensing what happened through the wards and he begins to cackle harder "I know you're there! Don't hide." The Harpies are seemingly unable to kill anything for long, always return back to life and eventually tiring the Harpies and killing them.
He raises the harpies back to life when they die and begins to go around, utterly destroying, or simply stealing and shunting into a demiplane, the souls of all the enemies.
Happy shakes his head and floats down to the ground. Although he keeps destroying his enemies there still seem to be infinite amount of them, even if he knows that there aren't. Even more being outside. *How much is in the wards.*

Arsendir smiles a bit, making a remark about what an idiot Happy chaos is, before retreating to the tower of order and trying to telepathically contact Savut.

*Oh Arsendir isn’t ready for Cogin to come back to the wards broken and his city taken over by the guy Happy was suspicious of. I’m going to love this.*

*you underestimate how much Arsendir is willing to lie. He just got a whole lot of eye witness accounts of Happy chaos breaking into the city and the foresty swamp changes and every other major change they’ve done can either be explained away as Happy chaos doing it, or they can just reverse it an instant with godly powers.*

*Fair enough, other than the fact Cogin knows Happy’s domains have nothing to do with forests, and doesn’t care about the city of order anymore. Also all of the said witnesses are currently dying to a flood of altered.*

Arsendir also contacts any other members of the mythos of order, which he likely learned about, being the Snow Angel, practically telepathically screaming that the city is under attack by happy chaos’ army. He works to rid the majority of the city from him and Savut’s changes to the landscape in mere seconds, creating invisible servants to help anywhere out of his reach, thousands of them.

The Kingdom of Duality has reached a state where the souls and Happy’s mortals are being managed. The souls of those forced into this state are taken into the barrier, where the new will can hear their angry cries at the Will that did this for forcing this state onto them and causing such pain, and are begging for solace and vengeance. Two more dragon skulls emerge, one covered in vibrant foliage and golden flowers that radiate life energy. Another one that radiates undeath and necrotic energies. They aid the other two in stopping and absorbing the souls of the rebelling ones to further be cleansed and saved from their harmful state, while enhancing the rest of the mortals to greater power so they can ignore and defend against the rebellious ones.
