 +6 Dex, +3 Studded Leather, +3 Shield, all adds up to

12+3+6+2+3=26

I hit with my flail. Attack: 36 Damage: 18 if that hits I disarm arch. I then attack with the flail again, using trip attack on carso. DC 23 dex save or be knocked prone, therefore throwing arch, his rider, off. after that my croc bites arch,  grappling him, escape DC 16. I tail attack carso if he wasn't knocked prone earlier, DC 16 or be knocked prone. Then attack carso with nine lives stealer 2 times, #1 Attack: 31 Damage: 18 #2 Attack: 26 Damage: 19. 

 btw Saddle of the Cavalier means Arch can't be dismounted from me against their will

I do believe Arch will take all those trippy-like attacks for Mounted Combatant, but he can't exactly be knocked prone from Saddle of the Cavalier, sooo... how do we want to rule this? The grappling attack still works though

Bro, how could he stay on you? I could rip him off with croc jaws, so how do we rule that? Do i deal damage to him when i try?

Hey Cars, can we maybe just say you guys win and start a new fight where invulerablity/armor of invulnerablity is banned? It's cool that you came up with that really good build, but wouldn't it be a lot more fun if we could actually fight each other instead of us just standing here and taking hits until we die? I was going to use dominate monster on him and just make him trap you both in a forcecage until invulnerablity wore off, but he just used counterspell and there's nothing else I can do.

Perhaps our powergaming was too successful... my character is still really good outside this combo, so yeah I'd be fine with that

I activate my boots of speed with my bonus action, run 100 feet across the arena, and attack (Rakish Audacity now applies for sneak attack, no other enemies or allies even exist right now)

Attack: 21 damage: 12 sneak attack damage: 39

He then runs back the rest of his 60 feet to the near-center of the arena.

 Swashbucklers get to add Charisma to their initiative, so that's a +6 for dex, a +4 for Charisma, and a +1 to ability checks (which I'm mostly sure initiative is) for the good luck stone, adding up to +11.

That's not even the higher end of the spectrum lol if I had a Harengon I could add proficiency bonus to my initiative, bringing it to +17, alert feat making it +22

Anyway, i'll make my turn, but after that i can't play because i need to downlevel horrakir for a mission.

So, i use second wind to regain 30 HP, and ride my croc into combat. I hit you 4 times with my flail. #1 Attack: 28 Damage: 18 and DC 23 STR check or be disarmed. #2 Attack: 22 Damage: 14 and make a DC 23 STR check or be knocked prone. #3 Attack: 28 Damage: 19 #4 Attack: 37 Damage: 14.                                         

Croc attacks with bite and tail. Tail: Attack: 18 Damage: 26 and Bite: Attack: 25 Damage: 17 and grappled, escape DC 16. 

Oops just realised that i got damage the wrong way round, doesn't matter really.

Sorry, but could I change my magic items around a wee bit real quick? Some of them are entirely useless to me now, like the Saddle of the Cavalier and stuff
