The door to the Barnacle swings open. A huge white pelican with an orange beak and pouch stands in the doorway and surveys the room. The massive bird looks like it could swallow a small child. It waddles in, feathers rustling, flippered feet slapping the deck, and throat patch waggling. With a flap of its great wings it hops up onto a bar stool and waits to be served.
My character is absolutely terrified sitting across the room

You were never supposed to find out about my ... ancestry and I dont fly much but im gonna have to find a fireproof shirt ... again. (wings have normal membrane but the backbone of it is pure fire somehow holding the membrane) Is fire spells gonna work in this storm? Those are all my attacking spells.
