Okay let's break this down into a simple strategy to counter whatever it is that makes them so annoying.
First off, what makes them so annoying?
OP-ness. And being unbalanced. (6 melta shots rerolling all hits and wounds plus insane melee on paragon warsuits)
Ok. What is the range on the melta shots (both normal and melta range), and what is your most mobile unit?
Normal 18, melta 9(keep in mind my board is quite small). My most mobile unit that i ever use is hormogaunts and the norn emissary.
I assume you have some small chaff/cannonfodder units?
Silly me, what am I talking about? The hormagaunts are small chaff units!
I think a good way to go would be to use your mobility with your hormagaunts and really lock up the unit with the meltas, and use other shooting units to take them down while they can't shoot back because they're in combat. Make sure it's a twenty-model unit of hormagaunts to make the most of the time they're locked up.
Orrrrr... you can use the mobile units to evade them and draw them out and set up for good line of sight and easy charges, and hope your hormagaunts work to draw them into the open

Nice try, that never works. They get overwatched with missiles from morvehn vahl(who is attached to the warsuits) and annihilated before they even get close.
My army list and his army list:
My list:
1 broodlord with 10x genestealers attached
1 swarmlord with 3x tyrant guard (crushing claws, attached, warlord)
Morvehn Vahl with 3x Paragon warsuits attached(multi-meltas, granade lauchers, 2x warblade and 1x mace, warlord)
2x sororitas rhino (Rhino 1 has a canoness with power sword and plasma pistol, dogmata and 10 battle sisters with a flamer and a storm bolter, rhino 2 has a palatine and 10 dominions with meltaguns, a condemner boltgun and a power weapon)
Then either
1x armiger helverin/warglaive
OR
10x seraphim with 4 hand flamers, 4 inferno pistols, plasma pistol and power weapon and 14 bolt pistols)

Heya everyone! I'm EJO, DDB's resident immortal rat who appears randomly roughly once every week.
I'm not active much, but always up to talk when I am.
I'm known as CptKurn nearly everywhere but here.
From 5:00 to 7:30 pretty much every day I'm playing either Overwatch, Dead by Daylight or Stellaris
Do not ask me about anything I like because I WILL waffle on for half an hour.
I'm British so I'm not active at the same time as most of y'all
Well then maybe we should explore the second option
If you keep your mobile units just out of range, the warsuits will likely give chase. And they will use their full movement trying to get in melta range, so just stay one step ahead and use your mobility to stay just out of where they could get into melta range.
Make sure to set up your models not deliberately hidden from your enemy, cause that would be a got ya moment that nobody likes, but keep them hidden enough where it would be easy to forget about them and not think about them while giving chase, and then as soon as they're in range, pop out and unload everything into them! >:D
This is not guaranteed to work, just an idea that could possibly counter them if executed properly

Doesn't work either. Keeping my units out of range means keeping them, like, 3/4 of the board away plus stopping me from actually attacking with most of my units

Damn
Play on a bigger board?
Idk I'm out of ideas :/
Playing on a bigger board is also not an option. my current board is basically my dining table with a board covering everything.
The best way to beat my dad's sororitas? Probably simply playing necrons.
