“Aggressive much? You are kinda violating my privacy.”

 She closes the book and lets out a laugh. “Ha! I’m violating your privacy? Explain the security camera.” She points to a mosaic tile that looks exactly like the rest. “If anything, both of our privacy is being invaded.”

 “Big surprise? The DAO hides cameras in our rooms. How else are they supposed to keep us all from killing each other in our sleep. I’m talking about you entering my room without permission and being offended when I tell you I might not want you doing that.”

 “What made you think I was offended? I just asked if you had a problem with me being here. Even though I already know.”

In other words, every so often…” she is interrupted by the sound of metal bending and wood cracking as a blue spark of energy pulsates next to her, growing larger and larger until becomes an imperfect rhombus floating in the air, just a foot bigger then Eve. “That happens. No control.”
