 Nerf the tail damage by a ton. Make it a 1d6 + your DEX mod damage, starting at level one. Then make a feature that will actually allow you to have a reason to use it, such as allowing you to do it on a bonus action when a certain criteria is met. Other than that, it’s fine. Though I would make the flying speed equal to your walking speed

 Both of them are simple, and you’re also ignoring the fact that the entire point of the name (At least the nickname) was supposed to rhyme, which feels more fluid, unlike just strapping the letter e to the word him. And even then, Himee with a Long I feels far to cutesy, which I take immense offense to and a Short I doesn’t sound nice
