EDS? There's a lot of types and it's genetic. It's sort of a parent disease, which means it can cause a million jillion other things, from brain fog to mast cell lymphoma. It's commonly underdiagnosed and passed off as a lot of other things. Also comic-book hero SUN-SPIDER has it and talks openly about struggles with fatigue!
