Playing cards that give their holder unique abilities. People being people, immediately starting using them for personal gain, forming a crime family know as Kaiser, a bunch of back stabbing criminals who would do anything for a bit more money and power. In response, the Wildcard Investigative Agency (or WIA for short) was founded. A group of Wildcard holders dedicated to protecting the innocent and investigating those associated with Kaiser. But just because their the good guys on paper, doesn’t make them good people

Depending on the Suit and Rank of the card, its power will fluctuate. As a general rule of them, the higher the rank, the higher the power, but the bigger the risk of usage. Depending on the Suit, the cards power will be one of 4 things. Spades can conjure a specific kind of physical item, with a related second ability. For example. The 5 of spades might allow you to conjure an infinitely increasing length of chain, but it can be broken without much difficulty. Hearts allow you to manipulate the body. Be it yours or of other. The 8 of hearts might allow you to control the senses of others, enhancing them of feeding them false signals. You might end up permanently losing some of your own senses if you use it too much though. Clubs let you create and control any naturally occurring phenomena, such as heat, light or maybe the growth of plants. 2 of clubs might let you manipulate the earth in a small area. Diamonds are anything that isn’t covered by the previous categories. Though they usually have a bigger drawback than most
