There is a use. She is the protagonist. She is the god in the background fighting for the PCs. She never appears in person; she sends one of the summoned cats or Gabriel Nightwatch. Have you looked at the spell list yet?
I did look, but there's no point in reading any spell beyond 9th level since PCs can't use them, so they're purely monster abilities.
I won't comment on your choice of storytelling, but I will say that if the fight is in the background you don't need to roll the dice, so there's no point in stats.
