I needa stop lookin' random stuff up at like 12 in the mornin'. I decided to look up the difference between a psychopath and a sociopath on a whim, and now I'm deeply concerned for myself, because some of the behaviors listed for a sociopath seem pretty similar to some of mine, and then when I looked at ASPD, a lotta the symptoms matched me too. Now I don't think I'm a sociopath, but that definitely gives me somethin' to think about.
Haha, been there done that. In my experience, you either 1. Discover that no, you’re not that bad and you’re just a little bit strange or 2. Come to terms with it and just continue on with life as normal. If you were able to spend the past few years without empathy, what difference does knowing now make?
Thanks, Himy. Good point on that last part, but I'm not just worried about problems with empathy itself. I'm more worried about the things that it could cause when coupled with other stuff, like my anger problems. Although, I guess I can worry about it another time, since I haven't proven anythin' yet.
The best advice I can think of is: Don’t think about the people, think about the consequences. If you get angry, there’s nothing morally stopping you from hurting someone, unlike most people. So before you do anything, don’t think about what happens to them, think about what happens to you. Usually, that self preservation will stop you from doing something that hurts you and others

Upset by this, the Corruption decided to corrupt world leaders of Earth to break through the barrier. It managed to break through, but also created the Apocalypse.
