I don't know if it helps, but when I can't describe my emotions I write down the emotions from Inside Out and Inside Out 2, then I rate how much I'm feeling each one. The rating doesn't have to be super accurate, because emotions are hard to measure. But getting a sense of which emotions you're feeling and how strongly helps you figure out what you're feeling and how to address it.
