My advice is don't try to hard. Just throw in a silly Kobold or Goblin next to the main plot. They will go to the Kobold, cuz they hide from the plot prbly, and use it as a plot device. Have it kill some minor inconveniences. Just a few minions, so the players get the big target and they feel like the lil dude helped. The lil dude should have a backstory you make later that makes them sympathize with it and love it more.
Yeah. That's what I was talking about before, that I'm a little bit bored. Adohand's needs more life. But I don't know how to do it...
