This is a neat idea! Fun flavor text, it sounds really cool visually.
mechanics wise, it’s too powerful to be a cantrip. Cantrips that deal damage start out doing one die and gain another at 5th level, 11th (I think) and then 17th, for a total of 4 dice at its highest level. 300 pounds also seems excessive, at least for the start. Maybe it can scale along with the dice? Telekinesis, a 5th level spell, can only move up to 1,000 pounds. I’d also suggest reducing the movement to 5 ft. Or making it a choice between pushing targets back or damaging them.
its a really fun concept, overall. :> overall, I like it
please note that I am not an expert by any means on homebrew or balance, there are people here who could give much better advice or constructive criticism, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

the damage i think can be gotten away with purely because its a saving throw based.plus the pushing,and you can only push 1 creature atleast until i write the scaling of it and that creature cant exceed 300 pounds but thanks for the feedback

Saving throw based cantrips have the same scaling. (Such as toll the dead.) as you wrote it, you can target creatures of any weight as long as they are large sized or less.
