 the only problem is that if Accio makes the item follow the wand

we don't really know if this is the case, but if it is, trading your wand for the death of a single death eater isn't worth it when there are spells like Incendio

 Yeah but witnessing death multiple times takes a similar toll on the soul in my opinion(obvs JK Rowling hasnt said this, I would just assume so), also I wasn’t talking about using the killing curse, I was suggesting harry just strangled the death eaters if they got too close(which he was perfectly happy to do to Mundungus in the next book btw, Mundungus only got out of it by apparating away)
