Katana of a Thousand Cuts
Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement)
Attack Type: Martial Melee Weapon
Reach: 5 ft.
Damage: 2d8
Damage Type: Slashing
Properties: Versatile (2d10)
Weight: 3 lb.
Cost: 475 gp
A blade whose shine glistens with an aura of violence. You have a +2 bonus to your attack and damage rolls with this weapon.
One Thousand Cuts. As an action, you may target a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You instantly appear before the creature and make a flurry of blows against them. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 12d8 slashing damage. On a success they take half as much. This ability can only be used twice, and this item regains use of this effect at dawn.
Proficiency with a longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Straight insults are fine, but clever ones are more entertaining. Insulting drawings would be more towards the straight up insults, while insulting a person you should twist their words and be more clever about it.
