Posting here once again because trying to ask everyone about something and not everyone is on LCW. We need someone to lead a faction known as 'The Wildeborn' for the upcoming faction wars! Once we find a leader for The Wildeborn and that person is ready, we are going to start.
NOTE: You need to be actively on the forums to be a leader of a faction.
I was asked about this over in the Universal Smorgasbord thread. What is the Wildeborn Faction and the Faction wars?
So faction wars is a forum game we are making, Draken (who asked you about it on the Smorgasbord) was not clear that it does not have anything to do with that thread. It’s a two part war/D&d combat strategy game, one part roleplay running one of the various warring factions. He was asking you if you wanted to be one of the faction leaders, which would mean you would make a lot of the important decisions for the faction. The faction they asked you to lead is the Wildeborn, basically a circle of druids trying to wipe out civilization.
Wiping out Civilization sounds fun, how will this work? Is there already a thread set up?
Not yet, we need a leader for the wildeborn and then the game will be spread across multiple threads, one for each faction and then one peace thread, as well as PM threads acting as each thread’s Main base. For combat it mostly uses D&d rules besides large scale army where it uses a special system. I think Gibber could give more information about it.

But seriously, Arch explained it pretty well. A war/roleplay game about war between factions. Besides what they mentioned, there also is stuff like alliances between factions, a special system for buying npc troops, and spies that infiltrate enemy factions.
Also, the leaders have domain expansions.
