OH, okay. Mostly, you just want a good template for it. Scroll through the monster list and see if you can find one that would be a good base for the monster, then start out with the most basic things. For its melee attacks, add an affect that makes it to where a creature touched by the attack has to succeed on a certain DC Con save or become poisoned. And for the Possessed thing, I'd say do that according to petrification rules.
