The Caviler Acadamy for the Elite
In the large city of Chrysos, The Caviler Acadamy for the Elite makes its home. Said to be the best school in the world, it's a lot different than traditional education systems. Instead of teaching hours of "Worthless skills" such as math and reading, it allows students to cultivate their personal skills from anything to cooking, the arts, sports, magic and anything in between working on their own times. This seems good on paper, but in practice, the way things are run aren't exactly on the up and up. Instead of having grades, students are ranked. The better they preform, the higher they rank, and the more the better they are treated. For example. A student ranked 70 out of 500 will be treated worse that someone ranked 30, slightly better than one ranked 80, and much better than one ranked 300. In addition to difficult challenges to "Maximize their skills" and "Push them to their best" causes one of two main outcomes. 1. The student goes through severe mental distress for their entire time at the school, possibly dropping out, as well as gaining several issues such as anxiety. Or 2. The student comes out as one of the best in their field. Is it ethical? No, not really. Does it work? Well, you'll have to find that out yourself

I have three stupid thread ideas. I have three (I guess 'canonical' is the best word I know for this) in my head, one of creature evolution and the chaos of a WW3. One of a dome full or robots and genetically modified creatures floating in space. And one that is high fantasy with an overpowered trans-fem black goo demon of their god of good.
