mostly relizing that all of my friends are d**** and that I suck at making friends while crying in the shower. they put glue on my shoulder, teased me about it because I didn't notice, then put more glue on my shoulder. plus being hippocrytes about how much work I do in a project.

Just ignore them, and if they tease you about something, tell them to leave you alone, if that doesn't work (and I'm assuming this is in school) tell a teacher.

So make new friends, or try joining a club that you might like, they usually have very nice people you can connect with.
Well, okay. They clearly aren’t your friends. And if you don’t have any friends, you haven’t looked hard enough. Reach out to people, but be yourself and be maybe a bit outgoing. And teenagers are this way—there’s always a certain amount of teasing and jockeying among them. The less fazed you can seem, the better you’ll do.
For example (bad example but it gets it through ): “Hey, you’re doing all the work—haha!”
”Okay…”
”No, like seriously. You’re doing all the work for us!”
”Yeah?”
If you’re doing all the work in a project; you should instead delete the work that you’re doing for the others and put their names there as if those parts were assigned to them.

no, the mental breakdown occered later the more I thought about it. it occered while I was in the shower. and it is honestly the other way around, I kept asking if I could help, they said no, then later they got mad at me for not doing any work.

Honestly, I think that could be a good thing, especially if you're having trouble making friends. We all love having you here, but honestly, spend some time getting to know people and making friends. Maybe post once in a while to update, but I think you should go have some fun!
