It's all from my mother, she has an app that takes screen shots of my phone, shares my location, blocks apps, and whenever I voice my opinion she completely disregards it or grounds me, and I'm almost old enough to drink alcohol!
You’re an adult, you should probably just get a new device or smth and move out. Your financial situation might not be great if you do that, but ya might be happier? I dunno.

try to remember signs of abuse from your childhood and then report them to a professional/CPS (might not work cause you’re an adult)? Do you want to have them lose custody (which they technically already have because you’re an adult)?
