No matter what I do, I'm always watched and judged, always have locks.
…everyone is, no matter who they are. The best you can do is not care about those and be yourself through the judgment and barriers.
It's all from my mother, she has an app that takes screen shots of my phone, shares my location, blocks apps, and whenever I voice my opinion she completely disregards it or grounds me, and I'm almost old enough to drink alcohol!

You’re an adult, you should probably just get a new device or smth and move out. Your financial situation might not be great if you do that, but ya might be happier? I dunno.

I don't have the money to do anything, so I'm stuck. It's another reason I feel trapped.

try to remember signs of abuse from your childhood and then report them to a professional/CPS (might not work cause you’re an adult)? Do you want to have them lose custody (which they technically already have because you’re an adult)?
Sorry I’m not very well informed and feel free to correct me on stuff.

Abuse can be verbal jsyk, yelling and shaming is a type of abuse and also this might be? It’s probably just trash parenting though.

I don't really have control of my life, it's why I like anime, video games, and why I choose to be a god, when possible, when I play anything.
Okay uhmmmm if there’s any verbal abuse you should report that
or like get a new device
Summers coming up, you could probably find a job and get the money for a new device?

I have a job, just don't make a lot.
I get in trouble for that.
Well, save up. Try to act more independent too, that could probably convince your parents that you should be treated like an adult.
