try to remember signs of abuse from your childhood and then report them to a professional/CPS (might not work cause you’re an adult)? Do you want to have them lose custody (which they technically already have because you’re an adult)?

 Well, save up. Try to act more independent too, that could probably convince your parents that you should be treated like an adult.
