"Good." he grabs his shoulder once more ant teleports them down where a wave immediately drenches both of you to the bone

 Merci immediately casts Hold Person on Damian. DC 19 Wis save.

 (Also if he's been using the Teleport spell, it only applies to willing creatures :P)

Merci immediately sticks a knife into each of Damian's legs, then gets behind him and puts an obsidian blade to his throat. "Take me back. This thing is sharp enough that the movement from teleporting would be fatal. Which means you have to take both of us." 

 *right forgor*

"CAN'T CAST IF I'M PARALYZED."

 "Oh, right. When the minute's up."

 a minute later when the spell releases "now move the knife."

 "Take. Me. Back. If you cast a single spell other than teleport, you're dying." Merci uses this time to Ready an Action, the trigger being Damian casting a spell other than teleport. The action obviously being slicing his throat. Also moving rn would be fatal for Damian.

(All ya gotta do is take him back Himy >:)*

 *you forget his ac rn is 21 but i'll give you advantage. but that won't help against his trump card * 

"Move. The. Knife."

 Two more knives appear, each within a centimeter of Damian's respective eye. "Just simply take me back."

 "Reach into my pocket."

 "Why would I do that?" Insight if Damian lies next: 17

 "Because that's where a talisman of teleporting is." *no cap*

 Merci reaches into his pocket and takes out the talisman. (Does it require attunement?)

 a pale changeling whit snow white hair and gold eyes comes from a tree. they appear to be missing their left arm 

 *the changeling sees what kamil does*

 "What are you doing.?" they seem to have a feminine voice

 "By cutting yourself?"

There is someone here, known as the Angel of Death, and he intends to kill everyone in my family. I'm unsure why he wants to, but he's a ghost story. All my attempts to restrain him have failed, so I am resorting to a spell known as the coffin tree.
