A late arrival has just made his way into Vanderbilt academy. He is a slightly short kid that looks to be of Latino heritage. His hair is bright blue and windswept all around his head and face. His eyes are the same color blue as his hair. They both contrast heavily to his tan skin and freckles. He wears a kimono with traditional wave-patterns embroidered on it. His name is Rico Brillante (Spanish for bright.) and he has no specific category of spells he uses, but they all have to do with water.

He has a bright grin on his face and over all looks pretty friendly.

 you can make out the shape of the person at the bottom of the stairs. They go through a door and you can barely make out another shape before the door closes, leaving you in darkness.
