Alejandro is working at Sebastian’s Bakery when his wolf arrives with a note in its mouth, laying down in the corner of the bakery, waiting for him to finish working.
Sebastian comes back downstairs and sees the wolf, walking over to it. He tries to test if the wolf will let him take the note.
the Bakery is closing in about 30 minutes, and it’s really busy.
The wolf drops the note into his hand and then looks at him like it wants a treat, Alejandro is focusing on his job but sees in the corner of his eye.
He grabs a cookie off of a plate and gives it to the dog, not sure what else to give it. He slips the note into his pocket, walking back upstairs and opening it there.
The dog eats the cookie. The note says “Mission accomplished, for your next mission you kill the most important official of the city. Your pay will come once that is completed. Burn this.”
“Oh. Great.” He says to himself sarcastically, placing it on a table and heading back downstairs, the bakery about to close. He starts to clean up any messes people made and stuff.
Alejandro looks at him confused as he also cleans up, sweeping the ground “What’s going on? Anything important?” He gives his casual smile.
He waits until the last costumer leaves the store, double checking both floors for people.
”Someone sent you a note, they want you to kill Lord Ducibus. I’m assuming that’s who, at least.”
He looks mad for a moment before taking a breath and asking “Was there money in the note that they sent for the job I just completed?”

He looks over the note again.
”uhm, no. Says you’ll be payed after this job.”
He begins to mutter an array of curses in an array of languages until he calms down “He said he’d pay for this job. What do you think I should do?”

He sits in one of the chairs hanging his head “I am getting paid for my work, probably. I don’t need any of the other assassins coming after me because I refused to do a job and I owe the boss.”

“How considerate.” He says blankly, cleaning up a table and stacking plates.
”So, when do you plan on going? And what is your plan, in case anything goes wrong?”
He waves a hand, as if dismissing the issue “I’ll figure all that out when I do it, like I did last time.” He smiles and begins cleaning where he isn’t.

“That’s a quick way to be arrested and executed!” He says, bringing the plates over to the counter so he can wash them.

*Jester, I gave you permission to kill one random official I made up on the spot. Not the (GP)ing lord of the city who is also my main character besides playing as automatons.*

*This is why I said you should have made the crime lord character, so misunderstandings like this don’t happen. Whatever though.*
