initiative, seeing the three creatures ganging up to fight him, clicks his watch. His current initiative is 100. (Yeah he can just do stuff like this, he chooses his initiative each round)
on his turn, he takes out another watch and spins it on his chain. The fabric of the universe changes around him as time slows and speeds up again rapidly, before halting to a stop in that specific spot. He then raises his hand towards the elemental, and time speeds up around it rapidly. To hit: 37 damage: 49 hitpoints, you just lose them, no damage type.
then, he flies 30 feet in the air.
at the end of the round, he has what’s equivalent to lair actions but they happen wherever.
(Next round he’ll be last in initiative count)
