the emmisary, created anew, has found the farmlands, and is spreading their supernatural blight among the crops, circled by dessicated birds and live vultures
While running away from the prince, Aramar runs into the emissary accidentally
*the Harvest prince will definitely be a lot more violent next time they meet, though*
*it was a fun first interaction using aramar thanks arch :)*
*no problem! I have other characters if you want another roleplay*
*sure take your pick*
*okay!*
Aramar, in his travels after his encounter with Julius the harvest Prince, comes across something strange in the forest. What seems to be a vast expanse (several hundred feet across) of silken strands carpeting the ground, connecting tree to tree and forming walls, almost like gates. On the inside seems to be an area of the forest, constructed entirely out of silk, a garden of webs, crawling with spiders and silk worms. Sitting on the low hanging branch of a tree in the middle of the silken sanctuary is an old woman, wrapped in many layers of white fabrics, knitting a scarf. Her clothes are crawling with live spiders.
Aramar cautiously looks around for anything odd. insight:31
She has a silk necklace, strung with three rings. Engagement rings. She hasn’t noticed him yet, as he hasn’t entered the silken sanctuary..
in addition, in the trees of the sanctuary, are thousands of silk cocoons, containing silk moths. They don’t seem to have hatched yet.
*I know its probably a trap but I'm going to risk why do I feel like my archer is going to die because it makes a bunch of enemies T_T*
Aramar cautiously enters the sanctuary and keeps an eye out for any danger
*oh, Mother moth, this character, is much more friendly. Then again, Aramar literally threatened to kill the Prince.*
as soon as he steps on a single thread, Mother Moth looks up, smiling. “A visitor!” She stands up, making her way over to Aramar. “Tell me, darling, are you lost?…”
