I did it again, so now I have 6 (3+2+1) troops with 6(2+4) power.

 you would have 6 power plus your castle maiking it 10 then plus 5 from your first recruitment day assuming you only have on barracks then another 5 for this day puting you at 20

 Wait twenty troops or twenty power?!?!
