It doesnβt take long before theyβve arrived at a new and unfamiliar landing post, significantly further upriver than the town of Vonstradt itself. By the looks of things, construction of this particular little hamlet - more of a trading post than anything - canβt have been going for more than a few days, though work appears to be on hiatus. The only βworkersβ they can see are sunning themselves on a rudimentary jetty, netting strung between wooden posts rammed straight into the river. Only one of them so much as takes notice, clambering off on all fours presumably to fetch someone more important than the five or six labourers. Already the distinctive honeycombing of domed houses and deep ditches is beginning to emerge, though much smaller than the bustling and above all noisy town of Vonstradt.
Itβs a little time before the labourer returns with a taller, more powerful-looking crocodilian - this particular one has a much darker hue to their scales than the usual ochre and sienna colours, as if theyβd been spit-roasted for some time before being allowed into the public. A curved wooden hit pokes from the front wide sash tied around their waist at a 2 oβclock angle, the excess fabric wrapped around the base of their tail, and a kilt - typical Vonstradt garb, though in a light sand-coloured rather than the traditional green or white - falls to their knees. Much as the canoe rider is used to seeing they are bare-chested, arms held loosely by their sides and tail coiled low in an indication of peaceable intent. They raise one arm to hide their eyes from the sun and wait for the canoe rider to tack in at the jetty.

Yeah, thats right. They were just saying that they thought you would have five troops and 7 MP, but I dont think its correct. I'm pretty sure that you're right and you have 1 troop nad 7MP.
