As the Vikings party it up on their island, a few of the more sober citezens notice something off with the tide... As it grows stronger, shapes start to appear in the distance. Could it be... LEgends have been told of Atlatius Neron, the Floating City of Endless Riches, but most thought this place to be naught but myth. And yet... here it is. The Floating City of Gold. As the city drifts nearer, it can bee seen that it is a smallish town, yet completely surrounded by rotating concentric circles, keeping the city above the tides, and if needed to, allow it to drop below the waves. Suddenly, the tide rushes back, almost to the point of where the city is, and a small boat deploys from it, and suddenly, the tide rushes back out, the vessal racing in the sea breeze, and then comes to a halt, beached upon the viking sands, the waves returning to normal. Inside the boat, is a large chest inlaid with silver waves, three Merfolk guards with silver armor, decorated with details of ocean life, and one merflk female, dressed richly in robes threaded with abalone. All four merfolk depart the boat, two guards carrying the chest. The female, who seems to be in charge says, in a harsh accent puncuated by clicks and squeels, "We are the citizens ofAtlatius Neron, the Floating City. We have come in peace, in order to trade. But be warned- if we must fight, the waves themselves can bend to our will to escort us to safety. The ocean is not kind to those who harm their favourites."
