He realizes that most quests dont go very far beyond the America area, given the PJO lore that its essentially 'new Greece'. However, itd likely be some lake similarly famous if the oracle is using it as a hint... The lake would likely be on any national map

He doesn’t take the arm back, “I think you need help, I think I love you, but I’m scared that you’ll hurt yourself, or give up on me, or make a mistake that costs you everything.” He says sharply, “You probably wouldn’t want to talk to me anyway.” He stands up, contemplating just leaving, he doesn’t want to feel emotions and stuff.
