 "okay, I'll look for goddesses, you look for shadows?"

 *I assume the shadow monster was gonzo's thing, and I don't want to interfere with their plot, so can we say you didn't find anything?*

 *I have an assumption that could be wrong and could be right so I’ll just say that.* 

He comes back after half an hour, carrying some books on the primordials. “Erebus, Noctis’s dad, seems like the best bet.”

"alright. I've been doing some research myself. everything seems to point to something that came from pandora's amphora. the children of nyx, but...."

 “But what?” 

 "that's the missing page" Omar holds the book of minor gods open, to the missing page on the children of nyx "this's the only full list of her kids in this library, and its missing"

 “The missing page…” he muses. “Well, this can’t be the only copy of this book in the world. I know that Chase was planning on going into the mortal world soon to check out some schools and buy some stuff. Maybe we can ask him to buy this.”

 "I mean, nyx's kids are all the bad stuff right? thatanos, moros, even hypnos, and my powers do seem to have something to do with trauma or mourning. its an enormous lead" Omar grins. they have a nice smile
