*there are quite a few of them, actually-… Harvey and Hope I think are both Persephone, Vin is either Thanatos or Hades, there are a couple of other Hades kids as well, there’s one or two Nyx kids and Nyx lives in Tartarus but probably doesn’t have quite as many death related powers, and For Noctis, Erebus is close enough I think, as the primordial god of the dark*
*though not sure how many of those actually have the power to see ghosts, but Harvey definitely does*

*I'd imagine he can sense all the death and necrotic energies, since Erebus is literally the darkness of the underworld itself that souls must pass through to get to Hades in greek mythology. He just can't passively see souls unless he actively uses magic, as his innate powers is manipulating darkness itself. So no passive ability to see the souls of the dead unless they make themselves visible. He does have spells to summon and communicate with the dead though, and also raise the dead though he needs the components to offer up.*
