 "I have no control over how I look. it kinda just... does what it wants." They shrug and gesture down to the water around the two of them which is black.

"I can manipulate the shape of my body, shadow travel, and regenerate my body, but when it comes to looking like a real person... it's a gamble."

 “I think you’re cute either way.” Fern remarks, starting to lose the shakiness and nerves.

 “Oh! Nothing.” Marcus says, just realizing that he sat down at an occupied table. “Just life. Want me to move?”

 She shakes her head "nah, I don't mind having some company"

He’s clearly trying to hide his face, but he has dark skin, a strong jaw and nose, and brown eyes.

 "Ahh, nice. What was your method of arrival?"

Fink stands up from prone and slings his rifle over his shoulder before starting to run towards the figure, the thrill of the hunt obvious in his eyes.

 “I took a train all the way here. My dad sent me.” 

The figure sees Fink and starts to sprint towards the trees, but trips on a twig.

 "Ahh, lucky kid. I was chased here by a siren. I started in Florida. Not fun."

"Victory. You're quick, friend. Need some help?"

 “Oh… the only monster I got attacked by was some kind of bird… that was right in front of camp.” 

He looks up, sighing. “Sure.” 

 "Ah, the lute breaker." he chuckles, sipping his soda

Fink reaches down a paw towards the figure, quite strong despite his lanky stature.

 “Yep, that one.” Duan looks around for something before finding a cup of orange juice. 

The person takes his hand, hauling himself to his feet.

 "What's your dad like?"

Fink gives the figure a once over, sniffing the air again before pulling his hood back. His features are fox like, eyes hazel, but his fur markings and colors are that of an African painted dog

Fink’s Longbow - Laitian Artifact 

Inaptly named, Fink’s Longbow is a sniper rifle that fires .50 caliber rounds, and has a base effective range of 150 feet. The rifle has a scope for targeting, which gives you advantage when targeting an enemy within the effective range. When targeting at 151-349 feet away, roll with no advantage. At 350+ feet, roll with disadvantage.

The longbow has a striking, reflective, silver hue. It also bears a magazine size of eight, gives the wielder a +4 to hit, and deals 3d12+4 radiant damage

 

Fink’s Claws - Laitian Artifact

A pair of finger only gauntlets with sharpened tips. Allows you to perform two unarmed strike attacks per action, and gives you an extra action that can only be used for an unarmed strike.

Receive an extra +4 to hit and 6d6 damage to the base damage of your unarmed strike. After attacking with an unarmed strike, regain health equal to the amount of damage dealt divided by six

 A girl, about fifteen, comes out of the nemesis cabin, holding a makeup bag and yelling something jokingly back to a boy poking his head out of the cabin.

 A purple haired girl around 16 is slumped down beneath one of the trees outside

 The nemesis girl leans against the other side, before realizing someone is on the other side, and walks over. “Hi, sorry for bothering you.” She says shyly as she walks past, accidentally brushing her leg against the girl’s hair briefly.

 She looks up and smiles weakly "what can I do for you?"

 “Could you tell me if my lipstick is straight? One of the idiots in my cabin bumped into me.” She says with her black lipstick being perfectly straight, except for one little jutted line going from the side of her lip up one inch, then back down. She says all this with a slight blush on her face, embarrassed to ask someone.

 "well, you did smear it a little. can get it for you if you want"
