"Yeah. So my powers incorporate the essence of fear, drawing out a target's anxieties, phobias, and even their traumas so that I may weaken them or even harm them with it. I draw upon the mist, and it warps to change a target's perception of things. I don't typically see what these fears and traumas are. The mist does not show them to me. I can only infer things based on someone's reactions and words while in this fear state."
"Ah. What if someone's deepest fear or something was someone hating them?"
"Hm...I'd imagine it would manifest as words spoken in their voice meant to harm you, or draw up any bad memories of past actions that would guilt you, or draw on other insecurities and find connections that eat away at your resolve even if they were initially unconnected."

"Yeah, which makes it all the more important that I don't get tempted to use it again on campers without any sort of caution. Sadly it seems that I carry a bit of my Grandfather's bloodlust in me, I enjoy fighting quite a bit. It'snot an excuse to get careless about it though..." he says as he stares off into the distance.

"It's an incantation, or more like a ritual really. You gather a few ingredients like incense, charcoal, and herbs and burn them in a brazier. Then you speak the incantation and focus on wanting to draw a spirit animal to you. You can choose the form it manifests as, though I just sort of winged it and he chose a snake form. Probably because of all the garters in the woods where I did the ritual..."
