"Well... there seems to be a sort of sub-space pocket where particularly powerful Nightmares go. I believe it links Hellmouths together. No one's talking about this, even as a theory. I've been pulling things from it for a while. I call it Hell, but it's not a place of torment any more than a city in our world is. It's where I brought the Watcher from. And the thing that messed with the power a while back. It was a good teacher, but it didn't want to hang out for long."
