Personality Details: Brutally honest, not too bright, but immensely charismatic. Callous, but not cruel. Dislikes killing, but is more than willing to maim and terrorize people that make him mad enough.
Miscellaneous Info: Believes in "Unbridled Natural Consequence," meaning one deals out retribution and justice as they see fit, regardless of their own status or that of their target. He also wears a scarf, Southern-style tie beneath it, and a green ribbon on his hat. He's quick and graceful, moving with the beauty of a dancer despite his attire not being suited to it, and is usually smiling or at least calm.
