You cast the spell, and if the spell hits whatever weapon, magical or non-magical, the target is wielding, it is burrowed into the nearest surface it can go into unless succeds a strength saving throw equal to the spellcaster's spellcasting modifier times the casters level. must succeed a strength check of 10 to pull out on your next turn

I had a homebrew idea that if you could add to Merlin Homebrew would be nice,

Conjure Lawsuit 
8th Level Enchantment (Bard, Warlock, Wizard)

Casting Time: 1 minute for every 10,000 GP sued upon the target. 
Range: Self 
Components: V, S, M (a bundle of legalese) 
Duration: Special

You channel the powers of law and order to sue a sentient creature for up to 100,000 GP. When you cast this spell a portal to a Divine Courthouse opens, which you must enter within 1 minute or you will die.

You must succeed on 3 Charisma (Persuasion or Deception) checks against your opponent’s same checks. Deception checks are made with Disadvantage. You must also role-play an argument in the case of a tie.

If you win 2 out of 3 checks (or win 1 and tie 2), you gain the amount of GP the initial lawsuit was worth, if the opponent has that much. Otherwise, you gain all their possessions and +1 to a random ability score for every 20,000 GP they didn’t have.

If you lose 2 out of 3 checks (or lose 1 and tie 2), you die.

In the event of a tie (1 win, 1 loss, 1 tie or 3 ties), the DM decides who has the best argument, and the subsequent consequences apply.
