I would suggest that you reword it, to
You attempt to touch the person targeted in the casting, make a melee spell attack, on a hit, if there is a window within 50 feet, then the target is flung out of it, and takes damage equal to the feet /5 x2 in D6s (So if the window is 20 feet in the air, the target takes 8d6 damage( [20/4] x2)), if there is not a window within fifty feet, you take 1d6 force damage, and the target takes 3d6
