For Body checks you are usually just running away from the creature
For mind checks it's usually something with camouflage or traps
For Spirit checks it's usually more of an annoyance, or something mentally manipulating you

Well it's not just one leech, it's a mass of leeches
The problem isn't In the singular leech, it's in the horde, they're like mosquitoes, which is why it's a spirit check, because you're pushing through even though the leeches are dragging you down
(And the blood they drain is quite a lot, which is why you could lose an arm leg or even your life if you give up)
