Chloe has wandered over to Hokuro's dorm, hoping to check on her.
The door is closed and locked, but there's a little sign that says "please knock"
She knocks politely and steps back just in case.
It takes a little bit, and you hear something (probably some pens, given the sound) clatter to the floor and someone scrambling to pick it up, but Hokuro eventually opens the door. Though she's admittedly a little bit different than the last time you saw her. Her pigtails are uneven and a bit messy, and she wears an eyepatch over her left eye. "Oh, Hey there!" she greets with a sweet smile
“Hi. What happened to your eye?”
She reaches up absentmindedly and adjusts her eyepatch. "It was just a small little accident with the PA equipment, nothing to worry about."
“Ok. How’re you doing?”
onyx appeared around the corner, eyes (or assumed so, considering the full face mask) locked onto hokuro, head tilted slightly to the side
Chloe looks over in surprise. “Hi, who’re you?”
*onyx's mask shifts over to chloe* "call me... onyx" *his voice is smooth and almost entirely emotionless, and surprisingly clear despite the mask, an accent audible but unrecognizable*
“Hello, Onyx. Why’re you here?”
his voice filled with the barest hint of amusement, "just... observing."
I look over to Hokuro. “Have you gotten better after the black mold thing? Also, why’d you get cut off this morning?” Her tone is not quite prying, but as she says “black mold”, she locks eyes with Onyx and almost seems… questioning.
"black mold?" *my tone was suspicious, and the feeling my eyebrow raised despite the mask covering my face, and the eyes of the mask seemed to... narrow for a second, before reverting to normal*
“Did you not hear? Apparently AV room 3 has a “black mold infestation””. Chloe looks at Hokuro again suspiciously. *Do I see anything special in the room?*
"odd, considering i was just in there"
I look over to Hokuro. “Give us a second, will you?” I shut the door and turn to Onyx. “We both know something’s off here. What’s really in there?”
"And what would i gain from telling you? Though... hm. fine. i entered the announcements room forcefully, as the door was locked and i found some blood. at least one spot of it, a bit of flesh, and brain would be my best guess. Plus, i went in there before, when Hokuro had first cut out, and there were obvious signs that someone, probably Hokuro herself, had been dragged out forcefully."
“Oh my god. Hokuro said her eye was an accident. What if it was a bit of that or something? Also, that explains why Hokuro was cut off this morning. What happened, though?”
