Hailstorm sighs and nods to Kitepaw. "It is okay, just try not to be too excited about cats moving to Starclan." Mothpaw pokes Kitepaw in the nose.

"Sure." Lightshadow follows. 

 "I'll talk to one of the elders." 

"Hey!" Kitepaw protests. "And yeah, I won't in the future." 

Fogpelt leads her forwards, sniffing around. "How have you been? It's been a while."

 She nods and waits for her to return.

Mothpaw stretches and turns to her fellow apprentice, their mentor, and then her mentor. "Are we going to return now?"

Lightshadow trails behind. "I'm doing quite well. My apprentice (Rainshadow) got made a warrior not too long ago. How is it being deputy?"

 Monarchfall returns a few minutes later. "I can't wait to move to the elder's den..." She groans. 

Stingleap nods. "Kitepaw and I will, but that is up to your mentor."

"Rainshadow was a good apprentice." Fogpelt pauses. "It has been... difficult."

 "Kits?" She asks as if she thinks that's the reason why.

She turns to Hailwind (Who I just realised I called the wrong name for like half an hour...), who nods, and they walk back to camp.

"They were." She nods before Fogpelt pauses, and responds after Fogpelt talks about being deputy. "Has it been rewarding, though?"

 “Yes… so hard. It’s become harder after Eaglewing passed. I hope to see him again…” 

“Hey Mothpaw, wanna fight?” Kitepaw asks excitedly. 

“Spiritually. It feels good to be a useful part of the clan. Very draining though.”

*Also, Lynxstar is about 30 moons (about 2.5 years) younger than Lightshadow said. She exaggerated to comfort him.*
