You can also spend one luck point when an attack roll is made against you. Roll a d20 and then choose whether the attack uses the attacker's roll or yours.

ok what about this: if anyone has the lucky feat, they inform the person they are fighting, in which case, the person will say weither or not they are going to use an attack, in which case, the person with lucky, can say if they wish to use the feat (just an idea)

and also no, I also have the lucky feat so actual roll: 21 (to hit for other attack)

By saying before the result they mean before the result of whether the attack hits me or not -Before rolling damage. However, due to our format you rolled the damage before letting me ever have the opportunity to use lucky (Nearly everyone does, rolling damage with attack) However, this would not be the correct way, usually you would roll a twenty and I would choose to force a reroll. If you don't agree we can wait on Link's decision or find a experienced third party that will be agreed upon.
Be sure to set your feet in the right place, then stand firm.
