GAME RULES:
All characters start at level 1 when first introduced. You may have a maximum of 3 characters in initiative at any given time.
After getting 1 kill, you level up. This increases every other level. Here’s the chart:
1-2: 1 kill
2-3: 1 kill
3-4: 2 kills
4-5: 2 kills
5-6: 3 kills
6-7: 3 kills
7-8: 4 kills
8-9: 4 kills
9-10: 5 kills
10-11: 5 kills
11-12: 6 kills
12-13: 6 kills
13-14: 7 kills
14-15: 7 kills
15-16: 8 kills
16-17: 8 kills
17-18: 9 kills
18-19: 9 kills
19-20: 10 kills.
When you die you lose a level in the same manner as leveling up, so at level 2 you de level after 1 kill, 2 kills at level 3, etc. You cannot go below level 1. After losing 5 in a row, you gain 5 kills out of pity.
Killing someone more than 3 levels lower than you does not count as a kill.
You start with one uncommon or common magic item of your choice, and you gain one every time you level up, with rarity depending on your level:
From levels 2-4, you gain an item of uncommon or common rarity
From levels 5-10, you gain an item of rare or less rarity
From levels 11-16, you gain an item of very rare or less rarity
And from levels 17-20, you gain an item of legendary or less rarity.
After 10 wins at level 20, you may gain an artifact of your choice. (Eye OR Hand of Vecna, not both at once).
As soon as you get an item, you may attune to it instantly.
No more than 1 sentient item at a time! Exceptions being Eye and Hand of Vecna, which counts as one for this purpose.
You may have up to 10 magic items at a time. If you exceed this, you must get rid of one.
The exception to this rule is potions of healing, which you can have an unlimited number of. You start with one, and gain one of the corresponding rarity each time you level up (regular from 2-4, greater from 5-10, superior from 11-16, and supreme from 17-20).
The arena is filled with cover and spots to hide of all sorts. It is a DC 15 check to find half cover and a DC 25 to find three-quarters cover. There is no total cover in the arena.

either way after this fight i get a rare weapon (so long as i win) so... (cause im at 4.5 for kills after killing the bard) now
i'll be nice and use my shotgun :)

and if i fail the hit add 6 to the roll
then action surge to attack with it again
to hit: 26 damage: 14
and if missed, add second wind: 8
