A sudden bright light flashes into existence, and The Child apperates into existence, quickly looks around, spots Lux Imperius, and throws a small iron ball at her. She catches it on instinct, and immediately, iron chains wrap around her and constrict her, and a gag gets placed on her as well. The Child looks around a bit, before sitting down in an empty seat.

She is interrupted from a shout by the Child.

"Oh, shut up! We all know why you're here, and that's to gain more allies by twisting the truth and muddying everything up like the scoundrel you are! Don't pretend you're in the right!"

 DEITY holds out their hand. "The time to rebut will come, the child, when lux Imperius is finished"

"Oh, yeah right! Like I'll let this happen again! The time for her to explain herself is over! What she has to do is repent, and pay for her crimes! Now, I'm not usually one to advocate punishing of those whove done wrong, but this is the one situation where I'll have to put my foot down. There is no way I am letting her convince you all that she's innocent of whatever you're convicting her of!"

LuLu simply rolls her eyes at the Child.

 "You misunderstand the child. This is a meeting to come to a peaceful situation, not a trial. I//we am//are merely a facilitator, not a judge. Lux Imperius, you may continue"

Lux Dei subtly shines its light in the child's eyes

"... Oh. This isn't a trial. ... Well, that's awkward." The Child sits back down, putting a pair of sunglasses on to try and mitigate Lux Dei's light, before taking them off, examining them, putting them back on, before sighting and putting them in their pocket.

Lux Imperius speaks. "Now. As I was saying, before I was rudely interrupted, I don't understand why everyone is so up in arms about what I have done. All I was doing was sowing chaos and making deals. That's kind of my job description."

"Well, I made binding deals with two other gods in order to gain power, as is fitting of someone with my domain, and I threatened to send winter storms to attack that god's," she points to Briz, "settlement, as I was getting bored of waiting for them to start the deal we had made."

Sarlok lazes on a chaise lounge made of clouds in the seats

Lux Dei is too big, and unwilling to shrink. They stand behind the amphitheater, their light making the plants grow wild

Neither has brought their weapons. It's not allowed

Lux Imperius walks into the amphitheater, sitting in front of Lux Dei.

A sudden bright light flashes into existence, and The Child apperates into existence, quickly looks around, spots Lux Imperius, and throws a small iron ball at her. She catches it on instinct, and immediately, iron chains wrap around her and constrict her, and a gag gets placed on her as well. The Child looks around a bit, before sitting down in an empty seat.

 "Greetings lux Imperius//the child. As you are aware, this is a peaceful gathering. Violence//weapons are not permitted. Please wait until the other guests have arrived"

Lux Dei tries to break the chains

Sarlok chuckles

*Roll a DC 20 STR check*

The child acknowledges DEITY's words, while watching the Luxes amusedly.

LuLu glares at the Child.

"As other guests have arrived, lux Imperius, you may speak your peice" a light blue podium flickers into existence

The chains shatter off her, and she glares at the Child, who just shrugs, and pulls another sphere out of their pocket casually.

"Ahem. First, I wish to know why we are even here at all. What wrong did I commit? I was merely fulfilling my duties as goddess of deals and change! My job is to sow chaos and plant order. That's what I did! Does anybody yell at the river god for making the river flow? Does anybody yell at the nature god for- ... Oh wait, yeah, people do that here. Huh. Does anybody-"

She is interrupted from a shout by the Child.

"Oh, shut up! We all know why you're here, and that's to gain more allies by twisting the truth and muddying everything up like the scoundrel you are! Don't pretend you're in the right!"

 DEITY holds out their hand. "The time to rebut will come, the child, when lux Imperius is finished"

"Oh, yeah right! Like I'll let this happen again! The time for her to explain herself is over! What she has to do is repent, and pay for her crimes! Now, I'm not usually one to advocate punishing of those whove done wrong, but this is the one situation where I'll have to put my foot down. There is no way I am letting her convince you all that she's innocent of whatever you're convicting her of!"

LuLu simply rolls her eyes at the Child.

 "You misunderstand the child. This is a meeting to come to a peaceful situation, not a trial. I//we am//are merely a facilitator, not a judge. Lux Imperius, you may continue"

Lux Dei subtly shines its light in the child's eyes

"... Oh. This isn't a trial. ... Well, that's awkward." The Child sits back down, putting a pair of sunglasses on to try and mitigate Lux Dei's light, before taking them off, examining them, putting them back on, before sighting and putting them in their pocket.

Lux Imperius speaks. "Now. As I was saying, before I was rudely interrupted, I don't understand why everyone is so up in arms about what I have done. All I was doing was sowing chaos and making deals. That's kind of my job description."

 "What was the exact chaos you caused?"

"Well, I made binding deals with two other gods in order to gain power, as is fitting of someone with my domain, and I threatened to send winter storms to attack that god's," she points to Briz, "settlement, as I was getting bored of waiting for them to start the deal we had made."

 "Very well. When [designation_not_found_dissagreeable] attacked, what were the damages?"

"When Briz attacked? Well, they almost killed me! I only got away because of exploiting some loophole in the system of this world that was undoubtedly fixed by now."

 "That will be all. Any who wish to rebut her arguments, the podium is open"

The Child stands up. "This woman is trying to trick you! She should not be on this world, and should not be allowed to continue existing on this world. She has committed more crimes than any of us can count, and she needs to be stopped!"

 "State your evidence, please"

"... Welllll, now that gets a bit difficult, because technically her crimes haven't been committed yet, so I physically cannot offer evidence, as it might disrupt one of your personal time streams and you'd evaporate into crystalized time. But it will happened!"

 "Then, will removing her from this world not disrupt the timeline?"

"Yes, as she has already committed the crimes in her past in your future. I suspect she stole a time machine and traveled back here to avoid the consequences for what she did."

 "And do you have evidence of this?"

"... Does anybody here have Zone of Truth...?"

 Lux Dei chimes in. "We are the light of truth. We can sense deception, yes?"

"... Not entirely sure you can be defined as unbiased, but sure. Am I lying when I say that Lux Imperius has, in both her and my pasts, killed hundreds of millions of innocents and destroyed worlds?" LuLu sits up at this, glowering at the Child.

 "We cannot lie. We are as we were created. We sense no deception. However, we are also a being of the present, and this is in our future, therefore, she should not be punished for our testimony"
