The Mythologian Part 1: Vampires or Vrykolakes
Fun mythology fact: You know vampires? In greek we usually call'em "vrykolakes". I just learnt that vrykolakas originated in greek folklore/mythology.
So, currently we've got 3 vampires. DnD's western edition, Vampires of Slovac myths, in which they were more like ghouls that drink blood and the greek Vrykolakas. This one was a night hunter more similar to the Slovac one. He was going at nights to villages, smashing the door and killing his victimes by sitting upon'em, crushing them down it's weight.
